Held on November 10-12, 2026 in Chicago, the summit will bring together 150 representatives from across the open education field to review input gathered throughout the fall, narrow down a final list of priorities, and begin building action plans for the future.
If you have received an invitation to attend the summit, please confirm your participation by completing the registration form. Note that registration requires an Open Education Association portal account. Current association members should use their member account, and others can either join or create a free account.

Wednesday, November 11th: 8:30am - 5pm + evening activities

Hotel Information
The event will be held at the Hilton Chicago on 720 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60605. We have a large room block available at the rate of $150/night + tax. We encourage you to stay at the conference hotel to ensure ease of participation. The booking deadline is October 12.
Do not reserve a room if your application is still pending or if the association is paying for your room through a travel scholarship. The block is sufficiently large that space will not run out.
